Great experience. Got in and out as a walk in patient. Very professional!
I appreciated the quickness in which I was seen & will definitely recommend this clinic to my boss at work because her shoulder has been bothering her too.
I got very good through professional help lots of exrays. To figure out my injeries They figured out my injury and solution to fix them. Ther were very profesiinal
I had a great experience with all the staff and my visit in general. I also forgot to mention the receptionist, he was a male, I didn't get his name he worked at the computer closest to the elevator. He was super great and so patient with me for getting my payment figured out! I really appreciated that.
My provider was lovely and I enjoyed talking to her. She was helpful and very knowledgeable. My only negative was the woman that handled my x-ray. She seemed to have the attitude that she didnt want to be there.
The nurse that took me back and released me was either not having a good day or was very unhappy about something. She was cold, monotone, seemed cranky and indifferent. The X-ray tech was very sweet and empathetic and Jayme was great, the nurse however made me uncomfortable because of her demeanor.
Very little wait time and thorough work up. I would definitely recommend this health care office

I'm very happy I decided to go to Ortho Nebraska Urgent Care. Jayme and the staff there eased my concerns and treatment suggestions have helped me. Thank you all so much!
Entire staff was courteous and professional. I am visiting from out-of-town and was treated like I'd been a patient for years.
