Everyone was very courteous and kind.

I did not feel that Russell's appearance or demeanor came across as professional. He also made a comment about how "cheap" looking my thumb stabilizer would be, but I'd be charged 10x that price. He was so opposite from all of the other clinicians I had, who were all wonderful!

I feel much better.

I had a pleasant visit considering I used the walk in, I was very impressed on how quickly it was my visit and how nice everybody was. I would definitely recommend Ortho Nebraska to anyone I know. Thanks a lot!!!!

Only thing I would comment on , my prescription wasn't called in the day of my appointment. I had to make another trip to cb to get it. A minor omission . I was called and received an apology. Rest of my visit was top flight! Ima satisfied patient, will recommend your practice to others

I went to the Urgent Care recently regarding an ankle fracture! They kept apologizing about my wait time! I was seen in approximately 45 minutes, with X-rays, then the doctor came in and not long after the nurse! Since I walked in to an Urgent Care, without an appointment, my wait time was minimal and the whole staff were incredible!

When I was having my knee pain diagnosed, it was suggested that it was possibly due to weak muscle, if I recall correctly. The problem is that five years ago when the pain started, I was avidly training my legs in the gym, strengthening all the muscles there, the quads, the hamstrings, and such. And the pain, when it started just randomly one day, actually took me out of the gym because I was no longer able to push weight on my leg with the knee pain. So I personally don't feel it's due to weak muscle because those muscles were being trained. And then ?

Wait times are so long. I won't go anywhere else but dang it.

I appreciated the walk-in clinic availability. I got in quickly, had xrays, was diagnosed, and received a knee brace in a very timely manner.
