Once you become a "senior citizen" your intelligence, concerns, and value drop so precipitously your only use is the income derived from quickly "assessing" various complaints. Our health care system is badly in need of less bureaucracy but that's a whole other discussion. My sympathies for you when you reach these "Golden Years"
