My experience with OrthNebraska has been excellent from doctors, nurses to techs.

It was okay. They really didn't do anything except tell me they would call my insurance and try to schedule an MRI. I do appreciate the prescription for a nerve med to take at bedtime. Still hoping that treatment will begin soon, as the pain seems to be getting worse. I don't want to have to go back to ER.

Other my injury that I came in with, it couldn't have been better.

I think X-rays were unnecessary since there was no fall or blow to my knee. The problem was in an area of soft tissue and will likely need a CT or MRI to diagnose accurately. The PA's recommendation to wait 2-3 weeks to see if my knee improves and to call back if it doesn't would make sense without X-rays. My guess is that insurance companies require X-rays first.
