OrthoNebraska is expanding its team with three new physicians, each bringing advanced expertise and a shared dedication to patient-centered care. An article recently ran in the Omaha World-Herald featuring the newest members of our team:
Neil W. Antonson, MD

- Fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee joint replacement, including total, partial and revision surgeries
- Focused on thoughtful, personalized care rooted evidence-based surgical expertise
- Emphasizes durable outcomes to help patients return to the activities they love
- Same-day, opioid-sparing joint replacement procedures for eligible patients
Dr. Antonson sees patients at OrthoNebraska’s Council Bluffs, Norfolk and Oakview Orthopedic Clinic.
Matthew K. Tingle, MD

- Lifelong multisport athlete with a strong background in lacrosse
- Specializes in orthopedic sports medicine, focusing on knee, shoulder and elbow injuries
- Performs arthroscopic procedures, ligament repairs and total shoulder replacements
- Has a particular interest in working with athletes in lacrosse, golf, baseball and CrossFit
Dr. Tingle sees patients at OrthoNebraska locations in Aksarben, Council Bluffs and Omaha’s Oakview Orthopedic Clinic.
Paul A. Watson, MD

- Orthopedic surgeon with more than 20 years of experience in Omaha
- Specializes in the evaluation and management of hip and sports medicine injuries
- Offers both nonoperative care and surgical treatments such as hip arthroscopy and minimally invasive total joint replacement
- Strongly believes in patient education and personalized treatment based on their goals and anatomy
