I was seen quickly, shoulder was thoroughly assessed and recommendations and options were discussed. I left the office in under 30 minutes with a weekend care plan and an appointment with a shoulder doc on Monday.

Overall, great experience. The only issue I encountered was the distance I had to walk on a sore ankle to get to ortho.

I really appreciate the OrthoNebraska has urgent care locations - we love the Aksarben office! My daughter plays volleyball and had a minor hand injury. I believe the keys to us getting right in were filling out the paperwork online ahead of time, arriving about 15 min prior to them opening (not always possible, I understand), and having our ins/payment info ready. Our nurse, x-ray tech, and PA were all great! We had a diagnosis, brace, and all paperwork, and were home within an hour. I recommend OrthoNebraska Urgent Care to all of our volleyball team families! Thank you making it easy to access specialized orthopedic care!

The PA who assisted me on Saturday, 10-11, was very helpful and I liked that she felt that a simple plan to begin, followed by a follow-up in a week was the appropriate plan. In fact, the topical treatment she recommended along with a temporary brace gave relief by the middle of the afternoon. Today I have no pain and will continue the treatment plan for complete healing.
