Friendly phone conversation prior to going in, very quick to get seen, very thorough doing x rays and full exam on his leg, with recommendations for treatment and even looked up nearest open see the trainer so we could get his brace that day. They all seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. The x ray gal was somewhat flat affect and blunt and not as friendly but everyone else was great

Receptionist, nurse Jill, radiology tech, and PA Natalie Englebretson were equally pleasant and great listeners. All explained in detail what the course of action would be to treat my condition. I had no wait time and appreciate their expertise. I highly recommend the weekend clinic at Ortho Nebraska in Council Bluffs.
