The medical assistant took me back to a room that someone had been in prior to me. As I stood there he tore the paper off the exam table so new paper was covering the table. He then told me to have a seat in a chair. I was hesitant because he did not wipe the seating surface or arms of the chair off at all. With COVID, surfaces should be wiped between patients to prevent spread. Possibly some education is needed with the rooming staff so they understand the importance of properly turning a room and disinfecting all hard surfaces from prior patients?? It was kind of gross and the last thing I wanted was the prior persons germs on my cloths to track them everywhere. Not impressive!

Yes, I think everything went okay yesterday. I was glad that you left my aunt come in and be there to explain things with me and Dr. Black is a good doctor and right now I just been having a little bit of pain in my knee, but I'm (INAUDIBLE). Everything went. Alright, bye.

The doctor Dr. Black did great job. I'm actually going through and looking at my daughter's leg, and spending the time that it takes to make a an accurate diagnosis. Very pleased. Thank you.
