A Columbus native who joined OrthoNebraska in 2024, Sami played volleyball, basketball, soccer, and track, earning a combined three state titles. She excelled in the pentatholon/heptathlon at UNO, winning numerous awards, and qualified for the 2016 Olympic trials. Her experience as a high level athlete helps her understand how to provide physical, mental and emotional support. She has experience in rural health, acute inpatient, orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
