Imaging Results
Imaging results are shared with you by your ordering physician. A radiologist will review the images and send a report to your ordering physician, who will then share results with you. Please allow 5 business days for your physician to contact you. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your results, please contact your ordering physician.
Billing Information
There will be two bills submitted to your insurance company, for:
- Radiologist’s Professional Fee
- OrthoNebraska’s Facility Services
You will also receive two Explanations of Benefits (EOB’s) from your insurance company. If your account is self-pay, you will see both bills combined for all services. If you have any questions regarding your bill, please contact our Patient Financial Services Department at (402) 609 2400.
If you had an MRI, expect to see a bill from California Advanced Imaging Medical Associates. Please call 1 (800) 295-2131 regarding radiologist billing questions for your MRI.
If you had a CT, X-ray, or Ultrasound, expect to see a bill from Nebraska Medicine. Please call (402) 559-3140 regarding radiologist billing questions for your CT, Xray, or Ultrasound.
Patient Portal
Please visit our Patient Portal to access your results! An invite has already been sent to your email from IQ Health (owned by Cerner, our electronic health record system). Please complete your registration by following the link in that email and answering a few verification questions. Once registered, you will be able to view your imaging results, email your provider securely and see your upcoming OrthoNebraska appointments!
