All the staff was very kind. The only thing about the facility that was a little confusing was we didn't know where the urgent care was. There wasn't a single human on the first floor and if there were signs, we missed them. There was no one at the info/security desk and we felt a little weird walking around trying to find the Urgent care. We eventually found it on the 2nd floor. We had only visited the Oakview office before. Once we found it, we were good!
The x-ray technician had an extremely unprofessional attitude and came across like she hated being there. It was uncomfortable working with her and she made no effort to present a friendly or courteous demeanor.
I was well taken care of. I'm just patiently waiting to hear back about my MRI approval from insurance. But everything was great!
