Lift Like a Girl is a 10-week, women only fitness challenge designed for women who want to take charge of their health and performance. Our coaches will be with you every step of the way – guiding your workouts, tracking your progress, and helping you reach goals you didn’t think were possible.

Over the course of the challenge, you’ll complete professional assessments, receive weekly motivation, and connect with a community of women working toward the same thing – feeling their best.

What to Expect

Expert Coaching
Every workout and assessment is led by a credentialed and experienced coach to ensure proper form, safety, and consistent progress.
Measurable Data
Track your transformation with professional InBody body composition scans, strength testing, and personal satisfaction surveys.
Weekly Motivation
Get a digital participant binder with nutrition guidance, motivation strategies, and tools – plus assignments to help you stay on track.
Supportive Community
Join our private Facebook group to share your wins, ask questions, and stay accountable.

For new clients, registration is $429 and includes three Adult Fitness Coaching (AFC) sessions each week plus unlimited MET-FIT sessions for the full 10 weeks (half due at registration, the remainder billed October 12). Current client pricing varies by membership type—ask your coach for details and to get registered.

Finish all 10 weeks and you’ll earn an exclusive challenge shirt or tank. Top performers across all locations will win a free AFC Membership – 6 months for 1st place and 3 months for 2nd place.
