I'm hopeful about getting relief for the first time since two failed back surgeries.

Okay, I'll try to talk faster. I don't know if you got my message, the previous statement, but yeah, the receptionist was, she got a really flat affect. Like my daughter and I walked out of the office and I needed to schedule because I really liked the provider and we go to the thing and she never said can I help you, we're just standing there. My daughter was like mom talk. So I had to talk first because that secretary sat there and stared at us, but she was eating granola when I was down there with my daughter for her pain and it was just real annoying and watching, flipping through her phone because you could hear the reels pop on and music and or you know whatever talking and then when I was down there she had lettuce, she was up there eating at the desk. So I don't know, just kind of unprofessional I thought.
