Having joined OrthoNebraska in 2024, Matt was a three-sport athlete in high school when a hand injury during his senior season of basketball that required physical therapy kindled his passion for helping people recover from injuries. At UNO, he worked alongside the physical therapy and sports medicines teams, helping high level athletes. He also has additional training in strength and conditioning, furthering his knowledge of exercise physiology and biomechanics.
