I felt like my therapist paid zero attention to me. The whole process was done in like ten minutes. This sucks for my arm that go underneath the brace. She created are too short for my arm.And so the brace constantly scrapes me. She did it so quickly and said, well, if there have any problems. You can come back later. I work from 7:30 in the morning to 4. I'm a teacher and I cannot easily take off work to go and get things adjusted. Had she spent 5 more minutes with me. Asking me questions about my comfort level, she might have known that it scrapes my arm and the socks aren't big enough. I love everything about ortho nebraska, but the thesis who dealt with my wrist, did not spend any time with me did not seem to care about my situation at all.

I would suggest having chairs available for bigger people who come in for therapy. It would make therapy much more comfortable for said patient.

Why is it that Ortho seems to always cater to men? Sports are always on the TV and posters are of men's sports! Why can't you cater more towards a gender neutral environment?

I was very disappointed in the ortho appliance that was used. I could have gone back to have had the plastic adjusted as I was told. Instead I went an an Ortho supply store and out of pocket bought a better, more comfortable one.
