It is very difficult to schedule appointments unless they are pre scheduled months in advance

This is not the level competency I've gotten previously over 4 surgeries since 2006 at this location .. This could easily have been a deadly mistake trusting a IT dept to help speed up check in times. My phone said I was checked in and I had a receipt for my copay which should have initiated a back up check in or at very least a Physical query to see if I was there actually. I was not alone in this error as I seen several people with less patience question the excessive wait time ..
