My son had two knee surgeries there, so I was well aware of how great the facility is, but when you have so much anxiety as a patient, the care that's taken with patients, really is outstanding. I was very excited when Dr Jana switched practices so I could have my surgery there.

I was # 6 waiting in line to get checked in. Seemed a bit congested with people trying to leave & we were blocking the flow waiting in line.

When you walk in to your office the guy rudely told me to step over there and he would help me when he could. Not a very welcoming person. But the girl who checked me in was very nice and pleasant. And the rest of the ladies/men were very pleasant as well.
