Having joined OrthoNebraska in 2024, Hemisha worked alongside Division 1 athletes during her time as an undergraduate athletic training student, including softball, football, track and field, men’s gymnastics and women’s swim and dive teams. She also taught strength and conditioning at the University of Nebraska, focusing on the biomechanics of proper weight training. She has a passion for encouraging patients to adopt the most powerful medicine: movement.
