Everyone was extremely helpful between the front office staff, the therapist, the doctor, and RN. They were all wonderful and very informative.

Disappointed that I had brought a previous brace that they made there and I already paid for to maybe have them remold it . Instead I had to pay an even higher amount for a new one. The price increase is ridiculous. I'm now told that I'll have to pay the full amount for the brace when I didn't last time. Received a bill for this before it's even been processed by my insurance. Don't understand why this piece of plastic is 5times the amount of doing a day of therapy. Not very happy
