I was very pleased with all the staff at your office. I could not be more pleased with my visit from the time I walked into the building, the front office staff, the x-ray person & most of all the lady that was seeing me that day. Keep up the good work.

P.A. Kaitlyn was a wealth of helpful information as she did a series of all sorts of ROM tests and function in assessing the likely torn tendon. She was exceptionally patient with this worried old man, and took time to explain as well as gather information. And she is absolutely delightful in how she deals with the patient, very positive and reassuring. Truly an asset, Please thank her for me.

My only complaint was that I took the time to fill out the online information, so I wouldn't have to do it in the office. And once I got to the office, there was no record of me filling out any of the paperwork, so I had to do it all again. And I couldn't get into some of my information, because it wasn't available, via phone. Otherwise, it was a good experience. I had to drive further than I wanted, because I couldn't get in as quickly as I wanted to at the 144th location, but everyone was very nice.
