Was referred by my primary care doctor to urgent care for analysis and pain management. Was informed that office did not prescribe pain medication. This caused several days of unnecessary pain while having to reschedule with my primary care office following days later. For injuries that cause a few days of extreme pain this process is incredibly frustrating leaving patients (while we will heal and eventually be fine) stuck in limbo and pain until the injury heals.
