I appreciate Dr. Arnold taking the extra time to talk to my son in terms that a 15 yr old boy could understand. Afterwards, my son said he understood what Dr. Arnold said about his knee and felt better that he talked to him and "not just doctor talk to you, mom".

It was a great experience. They were on top of everything and take very little time. I was very surprised how fast every step of the process went.

When I originally saw what was, I was told was a PA or student and that was the bulk of my visit was with the student. So I didn't expect to share all my experiences with this person. I was hoping the doctor would spend more time with me, but the doctor came in with the x-ray, seemed determined to get out of that office as fast as he could possibly get out of it and I didn't get any kind of an idea of what I could do currently to help treat my condition my knee problem and improve it because I felt like I was completely disabled at that point and his only suggestion was to have the knee replaced and it was like I was waiting again.
