What to Bring With You

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time, and bring the following materials with you to simplify your check-in process.

  • Photo ID (driver’s license, state-issued ID card, military ID, or passport)
    • If the patient is a minor, a parent/guardian ID.
  • Current Insurance Card(s) 
  • Supplementary Records or Imagery, if these have not previously been sent to our office or if you have copies from another medical center or physician’s office.

I felt that PA was not 100% listening to me. Dr. Hahn and Nurse Carol were great.

A long-time friend if recommended Ortho NE to me and so I figured I'd give them a try. I ended up seeing the same provider that she did. She spoke highly if the provider, however I didn't have quite the same experience. I felt like the provider rushed through my appointment, which was a little disappointing.

Lots of awkward moments between nurse, PA, and doctor coming into the exam room. No clear direction or communication that the doctor will be in shortly. The PA wrapped up her exam and said "sit tight" and left. I was confused what I was sitting tight for... then the doctor wrapped up their exam and I had to ask if I am free to leave. Not the best communication. Also made me feel kind of ridiculous for my concerns.
