Everyone with who I had contact was very Professional and courteous.
Highly recommend the support staff and nurses.
Overall it was good. When I called back to have a more detailed note about my child's injury it was difficult to get the information and only like one word was changed from the original note. When we were asked about a school trainer and said yes, the ortho team indicated the school trainer could work with my child to help the healing process. When the professional asked for more details to make a more specific approach to help healing, I did not get it. This was my first experience that I was not impressed with OrthoNE.
The nurse practitioner didn't go over my x-rays with me. I didn't think to ask but now I'm wondering how bad the arthritis is in my knee. Is there a way to find out?
I came into the urgent care on a Friday noon. I was very pleasantly surprised as to how fast I was helped. I would definitely return to this walk-in clinic.
When I arrived at the building, I wasn't sure whether to go to emergency or to urgent care so it was a foot issue and I went to urgent care and received outstanding care

Very helpful staff. I do not remember the physician assistants name or the name of my X-ray tech but both were very professional
When I walked into the clinic I didn't know where to go and asked. A lady told me to go behind the sign and wait. I didn't know because the sign didn't say for urgent care. She was a bit brusque.
Walking urgent care was easy and I was immediately seen, all staff were efficient and very courteous.
