Although I understand the use of text check-in, it would still be nice to be greeted as we are entering the office. The staff was nice in scheduling my next appointment when I walked up to the counter as I was leaving so I know they are kind. It would just be nice to be greeted upon arrival even if we are not checking in at the counter.
