My physical therapist took the time to listen to what I was feeling in my back. He came up with a plan of exercises which I could do at home, and guided me in the exact technique and positioning for the full effectiveness of the exercise. After my sessions with him and regularly doing my exercises at home, my back has been pain free for about a week and he and I expect that to continue.
