Where to Go
- Located just south of Center Street on the West side of 204th Street.
- Turn west on Vinton St. and take the third exit on the roundabout (as if turning left).
- Turn left into the parking lot
- Park nearest the far south Surgery entrance and enter.
What to Bring With You
If you are a patient coming for surgery, please plan according to the instructions provided by your doctor’s office.
If you are a visitor, come prepared with the first and last name of the patient you are here to see.
