4 stars
Have the PT come do education for crutches BEFORE the patient is all undressed and gowned up. Having to walk around in open areas with crutches and nothing but a hospital gown that opens in the back is rather demeaning and makes the patient terribly uncomfortable. Furthermore, it's more realistic to give these instructions when the patient is wearing regular clothes and shoes, as that is how it would go in reality.
5 stars
The personnel always seem concerned and lend a helping hand.
5 stars
Better communication about being behind. We sat in the front waiting area for 40 min before being called back and nobody told us they were running behind.
