It was unusual, but I did wait 40 minutes past my appointment time. It would have been nice for someone to let me know they were running behind. I sort of felt forgotten.

I was very pleased with the fact that they were able to provide the opportunity for me to go to the next step in my treatment plan, which was right outside this office, to see a therapist that is very good with balance, thank you.
