I did request that Erin speak with her staff about paying better attention to chart notes regarding dosage. This was the third appointment in a row that the initial dosage set out for Erin was incorrect. I asked about it and that's when she said she would double check and realized it should indeed be different. She was very kind but I just worry. Erin assured me she would handle the issue. Love Erin!!!!
