It's a very busy office. I think they could use more front desk staff. They seem overly busy. I did not appreciate being asked for things at check-in that I had done prior to the visit. Is there no simple way for them to check on the spot?

My therapist is awesome, however I don't think therapy is working. My pain was relieved during my visit, but returned while walking to my car and has stayed consistent since.
