I had not been to Orthowest before & was very impressed. Ethan to a great deal of time, was very patient, and was very thorough. He asked a good number of questions to understand all the factors related to what I was experiencing and then was thorough in his exam of my injury.

Staff and providers for very friendly. The wait time in the waiting was a little long but expected that with being an urgent care and the day after the holiday. Once I was taken back to the room, the wait time was very minimal.
