Staff and providers for very friendly. The wait time in the waiting was a little long but expected that with being an urgent care and the day after the holiday. Once I was taken back to the room, the wait time was very minimal.

I had a unique situation, traveling from out of town, was in desperate need of a walking boot due to a flare up of a nagging ankle issue. I limped off of the plane and into the orthonebraska urgent care. The staff was phenomenal, understood my concerns, offered help beyond just the boot I was requesting, and made it so that I could comfortably walk out of there.

I have never had a bad experience with anyone at Ortho Nebraska. Ethan took his time and explained everything so we could understand. Gave us options. I was real impressed that I got a call from you on Monday asking how it was going and explained what we can do next and call if need anything. I love this place!!!!
