  • Supplementary Records or Imagery, if these have not previously been sent to our office or if you have copies from another medical center or physician’s office.

It was a first time follow-up visit to a Dr after a ER visit for an injury occurring from a fall. No expectations were really expected at that time. However Dr Bonness could be certain that further examination was needed due to lingering symptoms still evident.

Unsure of your infection rate, but I felt not all was done to prevent infection. Contact time with chlorhexidine was < 1 minute, no masks, among other lesser concerns.

My visit was very quick. I barely sat down after checking in, and was called back to my room. And within 5-6 mins, Dr. Hansen was there to give me the cortisone shot
