I really appreciated how Brooke and Dr. Gaddie took the time to speak to my daughter, explain what was happening, why she needed to go to the OR, and answer her questions. While she was nervous, they made her feel confident. Nurses Katie and Nicole was efficient in scheduling and giving us surgery information, which was scheduled for later that day.
