I appreciate Brooke taking the time to address my concerns about the hardware in my wrist.
My mother (grandma) took my son to his appointment, so the automatic check in text was on my phone. My mom had to wait in line when she arrived. No one at the front desk said anything to them for several minutes. It wasn't until my son (8 years old) walked closer to the counter and the lady told him to "Stay behind the sign". She did sit down on a bench (because she is 72) and watched as someone else walked in and was helped right away. That experience was frustrating for her.
Everyone is friendly and that's so uplifting when you're not at your best due to an injury. Very much appreciate it!
