We have been to OrthoNebraska for myself and other family members and it's always been a positive experience. For whatever reason we didn't receive the email before hand to fill out the paperwork. So we arrived 25 minutes early to have time to fill out the paperwork and still make our appointment time. One of the ladies at the front desk seemed quite annoyed that we didn't have the paperwork filled out before hand and she made that known. She was also rude to most anyone that walked into the office. We got all the paperwork filled out quickly it only took me a few minutes however we still waited well over an hour before we ever saw the doctor. The doctor himself was wonderful and I feel we received good care once we finally got to see him.

My only complaint was the 35 minute wait from my appointment time to being called back into the room. Otherwise visit was very good and I would recommend them to a family member.
