I waited for nearly an hour after my appointment time to be seen by a provider. As a first time client at this facility it was incredibly disheartening to wait for that long, especially considering the entire waiting room cleared out before I was able to be seen. When asked the reception desk did say I was the next client, however they did not seem apologetic, rather annoyed that I was asking when I would be seen nearly an hour after my appointment time.

Coffee in 212 is terrible

Loved my entire experience, starting with ER, to surgery, and my 1st check-up after surgery. Believe me I would have perfected not being there..LOL
