I accidentally thought my appointment was later than it was. The receptionists at the oakview clinic worked diligently to see if I could still be seen. They were able to communicate with the Aksarben clinic where Kylie was for the afternoon to see if I could be fit in. Kylie graciously said yes!!! Everyone was so polite and professional. Top notch! Kylie was very personable, patient and caring. Even tho I was "fit into" the schedule, she took her time, explained things to me and made me feel very comfortable.
