I came in for a follow-up from an urgent care visit for a broken thumb. The provider I saw came in for all of 5 minutes, didn't listen to me at all, and did not do repeat X-rays or scans per the urgent care doctor. I walked out feeling like I wasted my morning, and now I am going back to a different doctor to get a second opinion because the provider I saw at this visit did not listen to my concerns.
