Everyone was so helpful and very friendly! I always have had a wonderful experience! Ortho West is the only Orthopedic Hospital my husband and I will go to! Loved my Get Well card from the Staff. Beautiful touch!

I was surprised that I never saw the Dr prior to going into surgery and not after in recovery

Front desk was a little snippy, telling me I missed my appointment early in the A.M. she called back to see if they could fit me in. I explained my appointment was 10:00 and I would never book that early. As explained to me by the nurse later, my time was changed on the paperwork but not in the system. Snippy girl did not apologize and just said I could be seen, but would have to wait.
