Appointments need to be honored. Having a little leeway is understandable, but it would be great if extended wait times are anticipated, a notification being sent would be great. It shows a total lack of respect when the practice has a policy stating that if you are 10-15 minutes late, your appointment can be cancelled, but the provider can make you wait 20+ minutes and there is no consequence. The irony is that the customer is (substantially) paying for the service. Only in healthcare is this viewed as permissible.
Timely and efficient even though very busy
Everyone is always caring and friendly. I always know I will get the best care when I come.
