From beginning to end, visiting your Oakview urgent care was easy & professional, and I was incredibly relieved to receive care for the great amount of pain I was in with frozen shoulder. The woman at the front desk was great- welcoming and efficient, and also let me know how long I would likely wait ("not too long"). The nurse (?) who initially took me back was kind and knowledgeable - she let me know what to expect next. The x-ray tech came promptly to take me to x-ray - I thought at first she was a little abrupt directing me there, but I very quickly felt in good hands. I was so nervous that positioning for the scans would put me in even more pain, but she was fantastic. Precise, efficient, gentle, and a clear communicator. Brooke, too, came within a just few minutes, and wow...she gives truly excellent care. She assessed my shoulders thoroughly, ASKING me rather than directing me, and she clarified to stop if it's too painful. She examined the x-rays and explained to me exactly what was happening. Brooke is very validating, and I can't stress enough how important that is to feel hopeful for recovery/relief. When I visited the same urgent care 14 yrs ago, I felt a bit dismissed, and I had to almost beg before I was informed corticosteroid shots were even an option. That kind of experience is exactly why I avoid seeking medical help longer than I probably should. I've already sung the praises of the care I received yesterday from Brooke and the rest of your team. Thank you

She listened to everything I had to say and was very understanding of the situation I've put myself into. She walked me through the process of what my next steps will be. And where I go from there, she took great care and I would love going through her again if needed
