Even though I checked in online for urgent care, I still had to wait behind people filling out paperwork to be processed. If my data is ready then I should be admitted since I prepped ahead of coming in. Defeats the purpose of having the online option.

Make sure imaging techs know how to give clear instructions on positions I need to assume so I can help them get the best images as possible. The one I had yesterday had some trouble describing what I needed to do and so I was getting into the wrong positions.
