Our whole family and most of our friends use Ortho. Now if I could find a primary dr I like as much!!

We arrived at 1:15 on a Sunday. We were the only patients in the place. The entire staff seemed annoyed that we were there. The athletic trainer we saw was rude, rushed, and unpleasant. When she put a walking boot on my son she quickly put it on and rushed out of the room before he even stood in it. It was very clear she didn't want to be at work. We had several friends recommend Ortho Nebraska after having incredible experiences. We were disappointed in the service we received.

Would like to have had more instruction on the brace, as my patella isn't in the correct place (has been this was since birth). The hole in the brace for the patella makes the kneecap hurt as the side of the hole presses on the kneecap. I wonder if there would be a different brace that would work better.
