Wait time was minimal. I received a cortisone injection because I couldn't wait until Monday Nov 11 my regularly scheduled appointment with Dr Eric Samuelson

Radiology tech opened the door to the exam room while I was in my underwear. Then proceeded to leave it wide open while I finished changing and she waited in the door. This is completely unprofessional and does not show caring for the patient's privacy. Also, the PA did not conduct a through exam to determine if I torn have a ligament. He only manipulated my knee to check my ACL. However, my instability is more in a side to side movement. Provider needs to be more through in exam and listen to patient.
