The appointment scheduling process was a nightmare. First of all, I understand that obtaining another facility's medical records may be difficult to obtain in order to understand what procedures were performed by another surgeon but it seemed that I was passed around to multiple doctors before a doctor agreed to see me for a follow up appointment. I felt this was unprofessional and not in the best interest of a patient referred by their primary doctor.

The relief I felt after this appointment was overwhelming. I cried the entire 3½-hour drive home because I finally had answers and hope that there is an end in sight. Thank you for listening, caring, and helping me move forward.
