I was a little early but called in right away!

Would have been nice if all that registration info, med list, etc could have transferred from his clinic in Nebr City instead of having to do it all over again.

Dr Kiley loved him

The process felt rushed and like the provider did not have time to talk about my concerns. After X-rays and exam he did not have a concrete path forward. He suggested more imaging would most likely be needed there was no definite here is a plan we can pursue. He seemed stumped as to the cause of my foot pain and offered confusing options for next steps. I expressed concerns over an mri due to expense but he could not provide support for his suggestions for further imaging if that was truly needed. At the end of the appointment he said the nurse would provide a pamphlet on a topical to try but I sat and waited for quite awhile and when I finally went to leave the doctor had not told the nurse any details for follow ups but was in with another patient. The nurse was quite helpful and the office staff, and X-ray tech were all very pleasant and kind. I'm getting a second opinion elsewhere because I don't feel comfortable proceeding with care from that provider.

I will continue to recommend this office and providers
