Not always is the phone check in accurate for the first time this visit it did not accurately notify front desk I was there but on my phone verified front desk had me checked in. Alls well appointment went smoothly otherwise.

We have been patient's at Ortho for many years. We know they do an excellent job. Very happy for Dr David Browne to be retiring. But we will miss him. He was always helpful and we trust his opinions. Sad loss for Ortho but we hope he enjoys retirement.

My caregiver was professional and most helpful to me. My appointment was changed to the Elkhorn office a day before my appointment. I found that facility to be cold-literally and aesthetically. I also found the insistence on patients replying "Here" to their text messages, even when the patients were standing right in front of the receptionists, to be rather bizarre.
