- Enter the city of Atlantic and proceed to White Pole Rd., which is also US-6, from the East or US-71 from the West.
- Park and enter the Midwest Health Center building, located near the intersection of Cherry St.

- Supplementary Records or Imagery, if these have not previously been sent to our office or if you have copies from another medical center or physician’s office.

Excellent customer service from the minute we walked in the front door until we left. Providers and front desk registration ladies all listened, smiled, provided assistance and went at my slow pace.
