Shelby was very nice. I am familiar with this location and the process of what an appointment includes as I had a visit last for my knee with another PA last year. This appointment was a bit confusing with multiple people coming in the room to help with different things. Especially with them wanting to do an x ray right away without even looking at my shoulder first. Which ended up coming back with nothing. Then very little testing was done on my shoulder itself before being recommended what I was recommended. I understand conservative treatment first is the way to go. But after I explained I didn’t want to do PT and requested a list of exercises to do myself it seems like no effort was given after. I was told to do those and take a prescription then check back after a month. I assumed I would see Shelby again before being released but it was someone else who gave me the paperwork then said I was free to go. Not satisfied with this visit.

I really regret not making the drive from Lincoln to go here first. Every aspect of the visit was much better than any of the ones I've had at NOC. I have a lot more trust in your providers and I wish they were doing my surgery instead.
