Everyone has always been so nice and knowledgeable. One of the gals at the front desk was very rude. First time ever this has happened. But one bad apple will not ruin the whole experience with Nebraska ORTHOP for so many years and their providers.

I didn't feel seen or listened to. I didn't feel like they were trying to find or solve my problem. They don't me what they do and don't do but didn't listen. Also, the location is not convenient for me.
